EcoFort is the second generation of our advanced metal and concrete protection and repair materials.

 

Structegra EcoFort™ polymer coatings are designed for restoration and protection of concrete and metal structures in extreme environments against wide range of hazards. From weather effects to mechanical damage and exposure to corrosive chemicals, EcoFort™ coating help you restore and prolong lifetime of existing structures in the most cost effective way.

Structegra products are easy to apply and do not require extensive surface preparation, making them ideal for emergency repairs and service in remote areas with limited logistics conditions. Our materials have been field tested in range of environments from arctic to tropics and successfully used by our clients around the globe.

EcoFort™ is the second generation of coatings being stronger, faster and even more cost effective in  large number of applications. From waterproofing and restoring concrete structures, making these maintenance free for 15+ years to protecting metal structures in C5I and C5M environments including direct exposure to corrosive chemicals, our products are quickly becoming favorite choice for marine and military applications.

With new generation of products Structegra is introducing a new way to protect your investment in our coatings. EcoFort™ R     allows you to reapply the coating material on top of old coat even after 10+ years of service.

EcoFort™  products will work even in most extreme conditions from   –40 C to +70 C, in high humidity, underwater and in presence pollutants.  Materials are designed to interact with each other and form strong enduring bonds with concrete and metals. The result is a structural integrity solution that lasts for 20+ years.

EcoFort™ products become chemically inert after polymerization and can be used in environments, where concrete may become exposed to acid, alkaline, oils and petroleum based chemicals to protect the surface from pollution or deterioration. It is safe to use with no exposure limits established by OSHA and no regulation for carcinogenicity.

EcoFort CAN

Integral Concrete Hardeners

EcoFort CAN10 and CAN20 are designed to reinforce and waterproof concrete with up to 10% moisture content(EcoFort CAN10) or up to 20% moisture content (EcoFort CAN20). The products are single component high viscosity polymers designed to penetrate concrete slabs waterproofing, sealing micro cracks, and enhancing the compressive strength to up to 60 MPa. EcoFort CAN can be applied to concrete slabs, blocks and masonry. It also serves as an anchoring agent to enhance adhesion properties of EcoFort CUT and EcoFort SKN sealers.

EcoFort CUT

High Strength Concrete Coating 

EcoFort CUT is a binary polymer with a modifiable viscosity for rehabilitation and heavy duty protection of concrete structures. It is designed to protect concrete from water, mechanical and chemical damage as well as weather effects. The product can be applied in high humidity, on wet surfaces and in presence of running water. EcoFort CUT high polymerization speed and virtually no surface preparation for open concrete make it perfect for emergency repairs. EcoFort CUT coats withstand heavy traffic, including trucks and airplanes, as well as corrosive chemicals spills.

FLX30 – Gel Concrete Filler

EcoFort FLX30 is a gel forming polymer filler for restoring structural integrity of concrete, emergency waterproofing and joints filling. Polymerizing in 30 minutes after injection, it fully waterproofs and restores structural integrity of affected areas. EcoFort FLX is a better alternative to hydraulic cement due to higher adhesion to existing concrete as well as higher compression and shear strengths. EcoFort FLX has high bonding strength to steel and can be used to protect rebars exposed to air and moisture from corrosion.

FLX2 – Fast Setting Gel Concrete Filler

EcoFort FLX2 is a quick setting gel forming polymer filler for restoring structural integrity of concrete, emergency waterproofing and joints filling. Polymerizing in just 2 minutes after injection, it fully waterproofs and restores structural integrity of affected areas in emergency situations. EcoFort FLX is a better alternative to hydraulic cement due to higher adhesion to existing concrete as well as higher compression and shear strengths. EcoFort FLX requires little or no surface preparation and can stop active leaks.

Reactivation Agent

EcoFort R allows application of additional EcoFort products on top of fully polymerized EcoFort coatings. EcoFort R works with both concrete and metal coatings.

EcoFort CFL

High Strength Polymer Cement Filler

EcoFort CFL is designed to work with EcoFort materials as an inexpensive solution for filling large gaps and concrete reshaping. It can also be used as a filler material for a cold welding process, repairing major cracks in a concrete surface in conjunction with EcoFort CAN and EcoFort CUT. EcoFort CFL comes in two modifications: standard, Type I, rated at 60 MPa and Type II, rated at 85 MPa. EcoFort CFL surface can be further reinforced by EcoFort CUT coating.

Metal Protection Coating

EcoFort MGS is a high durability binary polymer coating for protection of metal surfaces in ISO 12944 C1-C4 environments and as a primer for application of EcoFort MXS for C5I and C5M environments.  EcoFort MGS coating protects metal surface from environmental corrosion and medium length direct contact with corrosive materials. EcoFort MGS applied in as single coat to exposed metal surface with no etching required to enhance adhesion. The polymer forms high strength bonding with metals and can be used as metal to metal bonding agent for cold welding.

C5I and C5M Metal Protection Coating

EcoFort MXS is a high durability binary polymer top coating for protection of metal surfaces for C5I and C5M environments.  Applied on top of EcoFort MGS primer coating EcoFort MXS coat protects metal surface from environmental corrosion and medium length direct contact with corrosive materials. EcoFort MXS can also be used in less aggressive environments, where high surface strength is required.

Underwater Repairs Bonding Agent

EcoFort MSPT is a bonding agent for application in underwater repairs to metal constructions and for protection of surfaces against long term direct contact with corrosive materials. EcoFort MSPT has extremely high bonding capacity with metal and is ideal for cold welding applications. It can be applied in a wide range of temperatures making it ideal for emergency repair kits.
